Special Design:
SEAT: Seat is replaceable in the valve body, When the impurity in the pipe or the wear of long-term service damage the valve seat. Don’t have to replace the whole valve body and only replace a new seat. The maintenance cost of valve is greatly reduced. It is very meaningful in the maintenance of large diameter valves. Stellite is the standard cone seal area of the seat.
Valve Trim (Butterfly Valve Plate): Stellite is the standard cone seal area of the butterfly valve plate, All the seal area built-up welding and machining are made by our factory itself, so the quality meets the requirements of the drawing& the specification and the costs are cheaper.
Stellite surfacing welding technology on the butterfly valve plate seal area, Stellite 6 is the standard, The thickness is ≥3000μm, The hardness is 45HRC, The temperature is up to +550℃. Stellite 6 can be combination best with all weldable materials, such as WCB, 316SS, Duplex SS etc.
Cone Seal:
When finely processed cone seal area of the plate and the seat contact, wedge effect occurs. It is good for sealing.
Bi-directional Shut-off:
Whether the flow direction is the shaft or the seat, the valve is designed to bi-directional shut-off.
Leakage Class:
Triple offset butterfly valve is true metal-to-metal sealing without using secondary elastomeric seals. Guaranteed shut-off class is ASME FCI 70.2 VI, API 598 VI (0~ bubble-tight).
